Hurricane Tie-Down Package All AES Precast buildings now have a 150+ MPH Wind Rating with our Hurricane Tie-Down Package. The only real issue with hurricanes is lateral movement of the entire installation. With our Hurricane Tie-Down Package, the exterior lifting points on the floor slab are used with angle plates to bolt the slab of your building onto the slab it is placed upon.
